"Make every effort" The theme of 2024

The year 2024 has already dawned. This year will be great because Immanuel God will guide all your moments. The church has chosen the theme for 2024 as 'make every effort,' through which you will bear much fruit in your life. The term 'make every effort' is found more than 8 times in the New Testament. For example...

• Make every effort to enter through the narrow door (Luke 13:24).
• Let us make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification (Romans 14:19).
•  Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3).
• Let us make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish (Hebrews 4:11)
• Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy (Hebrews 12:14).
• Make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him (2 Peter 3:14).

The term 'make every effort' means to put forth the greatest effort. God doesn't want you to waste your time on earth as a baby Christian but to work hard to produce much fruit as a faithful servant of Him. I encourage you to make every effort to advance your spiritual virtue, demonstrating a high degree of God's given purpose in your life—worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and mission.
